How to Add an Item with Variants

1. Go to Inventory → Item Group.
2. Click Add New Inventory (top right).
3. Fill out product details:
   • Product Name
   • Brand
   • Attach Image
   • Category
   • Description
4. Enter inventory details:
   • VAT Rate (%)
   • Reorder Level
   • Status (active, low stock, out of stock)
5. Add variants:
   • Name (e.g., "T-Shirt Variant")
   • Size (Small, Medium, Large)
   • Color (Red, Black, Blue)
   • SKU
   • Selling Price
   • Cost Amount
   • Beginning Inventory
6. Click Submit to add the item with its variants.
