Profile Information

Access: Click your profile icon/name in the header > Account > Account Tab

View and edit your user profile.

Profile Picture​

  • Click on your current profile image
  • Upload a new photo:
    • Supported formats: JPG, PNG
    • Maximum size: 5MB
    • Recommended: Square image, 500x500px minimum
  • Crop and position image as desired
  • Click Save to update

Personal Information​

Edit the following details:

  • Full Name: First and last name
  • Email Address: Login email (changing this updates your login)
  • Phone Number: Primary contact number
  • Contact Number: Secondary number
  • Address: Complete address
    • Street address
    • City
    • Province
    • Zip Code

Franchise Information (Read-Only)​

  • Franchise outlet name
  • Outlet ID
  • Agreement start date
  • Agreement end date
  • Franchise status

Editing Your Profile​

  1. Click Edit Profile button
  2. Update any editable fields
  3. Click Save Changes
  4. Confirmation message appears

Account Status​

View your account status and role:

  • Active/Inactive status
  • User role (Admin, Manager, Employee)
  • Account creation date
  • Last login information
Profile Updates

Changes to your email address will update your login credentials. You'll receive a confirmation email at the new address.
