Security Settings

Access: Click your profile icon/name in the header > Account > Security Tab

Manage your account security settings.

Change Password​

  1. Click Change Password button
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter new password (Requirements):
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Click Update Password

Password Best Practices​

  • Change password regularly (every 90 days recommended)
  • Don't reuse old passwords
  • Don't share your password with others
  • Use a unique password for this system
  • Consider using a password manager

Security Settings​

  • Two-Factor Authentication: Enable for extra security (if available)
  • Login Notifications: Receive alerts for new login locations
  • Session Management: View active sessions and log out other devices

If You Forget Your Password​

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset link
  5. Follow instructions to create new password

Never share your password with anyone. System administrators will never ask for your password.
