Payment Details

Access: Click your profile icon/name in the header > Account > Payment Details Tab

Manage your payment methods for order payments.

Saved Payment Methods​

View all saved payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Account details
  • Digital Wallet information
  • Default payment method (marked with a star)

Adding a Payment Method​

For Bank Transfer​

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Select "Bank Account"
  3. Enter bank details:
    • Bank name
    • Account name
    • Account number
    • Branch (if required)
  4. Upload void check or bank statement for verification
  5. Click Save

For Credit/Debit Card​

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Select "Credit/Debit Card"
  3. Enter card details:
    • Card number
    • Cardholder name
    • Expiration date (MM/YY)
    • CVV (3-4 digits)
    • Billing ZIP code
  4. Click Save
  5. Card is tokenized securely (actual number not stored)

For Digital Wallets​

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Select wallet type (GCash, Maya, etc.)
  3. Enter wallet details:
    • Mobile number linked to wallet
    • Account name
  4. Verify wallet (may require OTP)
  5. Click Save

Managing Payment Methods​

  • Set as Default: Click the star icon to set a preferred payment method
  • Edit Details: Update payment method information
  • Delete: Remove a payment method (cannot delete default)
  • Verify: Some payment methods require verification before use

Payment Security​

  • All payment data is encrypted
  • Credit card numbers are tokenized (only last 4 digits visible)
  • PCI-DSS compliant storage
  • Bank details are secure

Using Payment Methods​

When placing orders:

  • Your default payment method is pre-selected
  • Can choose a different saved method at checkout
  • Can add a new method during checkout
  • Payment methods are specific to your account/outlet

Default Payment Method​

The default payment method is automatically selected for:

  • Quick checkout on orders
  • Recurring payments (if applicable)
  • Partial payment installments

To change your default:

  1. Locate the desired payment method in the list
  2. Click the star icon or "Set as Default" button
  3. Confirmation appears
  4. New default is marked with a star

Having multiple payment methods saved allows for flexible payment options and faster checkout.
