Access: Click Track Order from the Actions menu (⋮) in the Orders table
Track your order from placement to delivery with comprehensive order details and real-time status updates.
Order Information Sections
1. Franchise Details
- Your franchise name
- Outlet location

2. Delivery Address
- Complete delivery address
- Province, City, Zip Code
- Street address and building details

- List of all products in the order
- Quantity for each item

View your order's progress through these stages:
Pending → Approved → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
Order Status Descriptions
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order submitted, awaiting admin approval |
| Approved | Order confirmed, ready for processing |
| Processing | Warehouse is preparing your order |
| Shipped | Order dispatched, on the way to your outlet |
| Delivered | Order received at your location |
