Initial Inventory Claim

Access: Click the banner on Shop page, or navigate to /franchise/initial-inventory/claim

When you first set up your franchise outlet, you're entitled to claim a starter package of inventory.

Initial Inventory Package

The starter package typically includes:

  • Essential raw materials (coffee beans, tea leaves, syrups)
  • Packaging supplies (cups, lids, straws, bags)
  • Basic equipment supplies
  • Cleaning materials

Claiming Your Initial Inventory

  1. Navigate to the Initial Inventory Claim page

  2. Review the Claimed Package section:

    • List of included products
    • Quantities for each item
    • Individual product values
    • Total package value
  3. Review the Order Summary:

    • Subtotal amount
    • Tax/VAT (if applicable)
    • Total amount (usually ₱0 for initial claim)
  4. Verify all information is correct

  5. Click Claim Inventory

  6. Order is submitted and processed

  7. You'll receive a confirmation

  8. Track the delivery like a regular order

Important Notes

  • Initial inventory can only be claimed once
  • Package contents are predetermined
  • Usually provided at no cost or discounted rate
  • Delivery follows the standard order shipping process
  • Items are automatically added to your inventory upon delivery confirmation

After Claiming

  • The claimed items will appear in your Inventory once marked as delivered
  • You can begin ordering additional stock through the Shop
  • The initial claim banner will no longer display
One-Time Claim

The initial inventory package can only be claimed once per franchise. Make sure to review the contents carefully before confirming.
